The German Camping Club has awarded the tecklift with the DCC Technik Award 2020. This award is presented once a year by the DCC to companies whose products have special features and offer a high utility value for campers. The tecklift is an electrically operated bicycle lift system that is mounted at the rear of motorhomes. The manual lifting of heavy e-bikes or push bikes is therefore no longer necessary.
The decisive factors for choosing the tecklift this year for the DCC award were, among others: The ease of loading and unloading e-bikes, the high product quality of the tecklift and the fact that it supports a healthy back. In addition, the DCC acknowledged the intensive consulting services provided for customers and trade partners, as well as the social commitment of outdoorteck GmbH.
In presenting the award, the president of the DCC, Andreas Jörn, said: “Here we have an award winner who combines social responsibility through production in Germany, and also involves people with reduced opportunities on the labour market with a product that is also ideal for the health of the users.”
